I recently purchased a vehicle from the Anderson location. The ladies there were very friendly and very professional they worked with me for over 3 hours until I was able to come to a decision. I am very pleased with the vehicle I chose although it had some minor issues as any used car probably would. They helped me resolve those issues in a very timely manner!

Bought vehicle and it broke down in less than 2 months. called dealership but was unable to speak with anyone in authority. the car that was sold was a dangerous hazardous piece of junk and NOT worth the selling price. this dealership should be put out of business. there are enough hazards on the road...why pay for more at abu auto? you are throwing away good money to a BAD BAD money hungry tyrant!

Educate your self about the cars you buy before shopping. I had a much different experience that the previous reviewer. Although the sales staff was friendly, they lacked etiquette and proper manners. For example, I was looking at a SUV which had a problem, rather than walking over to their mechanic to consult their help, they just yelled at the top of their lungs as if they were calling a dog. They tried, unsuccessfully, to sell me the same SUV, with a down payment of $2,500 and a payment of $338 a month for 36 months. Doing the math that works out to almost $15000 for a SUV with a lot of rust under the chassis, dents, musty smelling interior, and a leaking exhaust manifold. This SUV should retail for no more than $5000 in its condition.
