      Marlise McAllister and her husband Mike Barker are the fourth generation owners who are leading Hansbarger Home Solutions into the future. I enjoy working with people ' our customers, the Greenville community, our staff and manufacturers, said Marlise. I'm so glad I chose the family business because I got to spend so much time with my father, who passed away in 2009, and learn from him. After all these years, customers still come to us with new questions we've never been asked. He taught me to love the challenge of finding new solutions! We take the time to listen to our customers, and we ask a lot of questions to find out which of our solutions will meet your lifestyle and your budget, Marlise explains. How many people are you cooking for? How often do you want to do laundry? How is your room used? What's bothering you about your sleep situation? By identifying your goals and problems, together we can find the ideal solutions for your home. Hansbarger Home Solutions offers home-town service backed by big-time buying power. As a member of the Nationwide Buying Group, we are able to provide you with the famous brands, wide selection, spectacular service and value prices you expect to find at warehouse stores and impersonal big box stores. Our newly designed store offers state-of-the-art technology in kitchen, laundry and media solutions in a comfortable and inviting homelike setting. How else can you imagine our products in your own home? Marlise asked. Customers often take the time to send us a thank you card for the friendly and professional help they received. Many of our new customers were referred to our store by a friend who had a good shopping experience with our staff, Mike added. We feel an obligation to our staff to provide a safe, fun working environment where they are treated fairly. It must be working: two of our salespeople have been with us for over 25 years! We also feel a responsibility to provide jobs in the Greenville community, says Mike. It's a challenge when things break, Marlise admits. Our customers understand that things break, but they still need the product fixed ' fast! We've developed close relationships with carefully selected manufacturers during our long history. We know how to jump through hoops and get things done because we do it all time. I love to call a customer and tell them the manufacturer stands behind the product they made!
