      Wroking at GTI Pros: lots of overtime for the wallet Con's: poor benefits, hired on as temp, then provisional associate (poor health benefits), then general associate. Too much over time to the point of working 6-7 days a week, 3-4 of them 12-hr shifts. No life outside of GTI. They own you.
