I had the worst experience today at the Jcp hair salon...I figured now that jcp is doing the free haircuts I can finally have somewhere I can take my son to get his haircut now that school started. I made an appointment for 8/19 at 1:00pm, so I got there 10 min before just in case. Once I was there no one came up to me to ask me if i had been help or nothing...I sat there for about 15 min until "SOMEONE ELSE" come in then they asked her and help her once they were done with her I got up and told them I had an app at 1 then I waited for them to call me up....I told the lady exactly what I was looking for she seemed to know what was talking about. BUT I guess she really didn't. Once she was "done" she asked me "is this ok", I got up and saw my son's hair and I told her that there was still wasn't they way I wanted it so I explained to her again what needed to be done. She still didn't get what I wanted. Then she just took off drape and said it done, she didn't even clean my son off!!!!! My son had hair all over him! She didn't even try to clean him!!!!!! I actually sat there for like 2 min trying to clean my son off. I still didn't like the hair cut but she just walked away like wth!!! I know the whole jcp free haircut is so people can go get their children's haircut on a regular bases, but if was like that then she could have done a decent hair cut!!!!! I will never ever go back! Not only was I unhappy with the haircut but the service was horrible! I will never recommend anyone to go there I sure don't care if its free or not! Now I have to go somewhere else to get my sons hair fixed! Going to jcp is just a waste of time!!!!! Please do not take your children there!
