The repairs I needed done were adequate. The service was poor as they were supposed to call me back with a quote on a part and ended up taking forever. I had to call back several times over a period of weeks in order to get anything moving. Meanwhile, my shower was unusable.

Called requesting a quote on an instant hot water system. They sent quote back and CHANGED the brand without explaining or asking for my OK. The brand I asked for had been recommended by a house guest... I knew what I wanted. VERY POOR. Unless you want them making brand selections for you... cause they know best (of course the one they recommended was almost twice as expensive)... avoid.

You all probably know how hard it is to get someone to come on time and get the job done right the first time. Well, I found Eastern Plumbing in the phone book and their ad had the right information in it for me. The coupon page was great because we didn't know how much our repair was going to cost us. The young man came early for the appointment, was very professional and was able to fix the problem right away. He didn't have to leave and go get parts and come back. He had everything he needed with him. He even showed me how to save money on my bathroom faucet. I am so happy with Eastern Plumbing I would recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem.
