i went to bowen cleaners for a job and gave my resume,later that week i was told to contact the manager RYAN well when i contacted him he was so rude and very disrespectful he even slammed the phone in my ear just because i called to get the status.i have alot of family and friends that have done bussiness with bowen cleaners and couldnt believe how rude the store manager RYAN was,u couldnt pay me a million dollars to work for him.I will never go in that place again.

No customer service or ethics of any kind.

I was quoted a price of under $20 when I dropped my items off. When I went to pick them up they wanted to charge me close to $60. Now my items are being held ransom unless I pay 3x's more than what I was quoted...sad. Please do not go here ever. I called all the way to the general manager and she didn't seem to care at all.
