The ER missed diagnosed my daughter even though the test they ran showed the problem. Greenville Express requested records from ER and after only a few minutes the FNP was able to identify the problem and prescribe the correct medication.

I have been seeing nurse practitioner Melissa Ott there for about two years. I have always found her to be a breath of fresh air compared to other providers in the area. I have managed to improve my health immensely while following her advice, she really cares about her patients. Unfortunately, the office staff seem completely unreliable and very rude. I recently had a bronchial infection and was seen by a new PA there who did not even listen to my lungs before taking an X-ray. Needless to say he spent no more than 4 minutes with me and told me I had pneumonia and needed a steroid injection. Still he had not listened to my lungs. He never took his hand off of the doorknob long enough to examine me. I am not happy with that kind of care, especially when I saw the bill! What ever happened to good old hands on examination skills?

Mr. Beaman took one look at me & ordered an EKG & called an ambulance to transport me to the hospital. My condition was extremely serious & I spent 5 days in the hospital. This was after I had been to the ER 2 days before & spent 1 night in the hospital, where they told me I was fine. I was NOT fine & Mr. Beaman saw that & made sure I was seen by someone who would find out what was wrong with me. I'm a retired nurse & I knew the first doctor in the ER was wrong & I needed more tests. It took Mr. Beaman who is a PA-C to see what the first doctors didn't!! Thank You, Mr. Beaman!! And thank you to the staff at Express Care!! I have recommended them to all my friedns!!!

After forgetting I needed $3.00 co-pay, I went to see Dr. Karen because I had pnuemonia. I was turned away because I didn't have $3.00 to give her. Is that little bit of money more important than a persons health? I think not. The hospital took me right in without waiting and started taking care of me. Thanks for nothing Dr. Karen.

I must say that Dr. Ribeiro was excellent while at Pitt Family in Ayden and Dr. Ribeiro's physician assistants at Greenville Express seem very knowledgeable. HOWEVER, there is very much room for improvement when it comes to returning important phone calls to patients and calling in prescriptions AS PROMISED. The in-office visit is usually good, but once you leave the office it's hard to get ANYTHING taken care of at a reasonable amount of time. Therefore, I would rate this business GOOD for in-office, but EXTREMELY POOR for returning calls. I've called 3 times in 2 days and still can't get the issue resolved because I've been told the provider is TOO BUSY and will get back with me, but hasn't...
