Open at strange hours. Told me he could not get axle nuts for Sturmey Archer AW 3 speed hubs as they are obsolete and no longer make them ( untrue ). As I was leaving he told me where I could get them.....garage sales. Refused to order me a Schwalbe tire he did not stock....he WAS listed as an authorized Schwalbe dealer. I e-mailed Schwalbe North America and had them pull his listing down. Don't waste your time at this place.
