Ridiculous business practices. Okay, give me a minute to explain. A month ago I asked about 2 items in the window. I was told that they were unable to sell them until Oct 11 when they changed the display. These items were within easy reach - both at the end of the window display. After getting prices, I offered to pay for them in advance and pick them up on the stated date. The woman behind the counter was adamant that I couldn't do so and that I would have to come back on that date - a month later! I was taken aback. For goodness sake, this is a charitable organization. How hard is it to replace two items in the window? Then I did some shopping and went to the counter to pay. In addition to my purchases I had picked up a small dish that was marked "free." This time, another woman behind the counter said she thought this dish "might" go with another item she had seen and took it away. Huh? How much could the item be even with this small dish? I was flabbergasted after the display issue. There are many other charitable organizations I can patronize. I've been telling everyone I know as it has become a laughable story! Absolutely ridiculous!!! So do they really want to help people in need or sell to those who can't afford much or not? Do they want customers to return to support their cause or not? Obviously not. This store deserves a zero rating.

A place that does a lot of good in the area, they sell used items to help people in need in the Greensburg area. There is a lot af good used stuff including records, cd's, movies, clothes, household items, toys and lots more. You never know what to expect when you walk in. I found a complete set of old hoosier jars for $20.00! They often have collectable items in a glass case in front of the store. This is a great place to find old and unusual items at a great price and the money is put to good use. It is run by the nicest group of people you will ever find.
