      Unfriendly to customers

      I've been a banking customer there for years have several accounts there.The staff all know me,they have a no hat policy which is dumb anyway because a bank robber will wear one anyway,but anyhow I forgot to take mine off one day and got yelled at by the manager. Not right to treat customers like that.
