Mountain View Elementary School serves more than 600 students in kindergarten through grade six. The school employs a nurse who performs a range of services, such as medical and dental examinations, vision and hearing screening tests, height and weight measurements and maintenance of medical records. Its library stocks reference materials, fiction work, folktales, informational materials, biographies, autobiographies, plays and poem collections. Mountain View Elementary School maintains a parent-teacher organization that sponsors various projects and safety education classes. The organization funds family nights and cultural enrichment programs. Mountain View Elementary School has its campus in Greensburg, Pa.
