Not a nice place to live. The free heat will get your apartment between 62 to 64 degrees in the winter. Expect to use space heaters on a daily basis. Several of the apartments have an issue we with sewage smells in the bedroom areas. If my neighbor uses the bathroom, I know because I can smell it. Whatever you say or use cam be heard or smelled by your neighbors. Oh and expect to fight for hot water in the morning. The water can go from hot to freezing cold in seconds if another tenant tries to shower at the same time. By the way, the elevator is not working right now. Do not rent here.

All the "Jet One,LLC" apartments and the associate properties are maintained to the highest standards, and considered the best place to live in the Greensburg area.

DO NOT RENT FROM JET ONE!!!!! They do not care about fixing anything in the building. It is freezing in the winter and you have to use space heaters. The elevator doesn't work all the time and is over a year out of inspection. My neighbor said his apartment smelled like seweage and they wouldn't fix it. They also have an insect problem. I would kill 8 to 12 wasps a day and they wouldn't even get an exterminator to fix it. If you move in there it will be the biggest mistake you will ever make. Don't do it. A smart person learns from their own mistakes, but a genius learns from the mistakes of others!

The previous review is from a tenant who did not "pay the rent" on a timely basis and lived like a "pig" and trashed the apt and insisted on a "full refund" of the security deposit. Please disregard review unless you are a "deadbeat loser"...who lives like a animal...

Do not rent from Jet One LLC. They will tell you anything to keep your security deposit. If receiving you security deposit is important to you than I would highly recommend not renting from Jet One LLC.
