I tried to order two grand slams to go. The girl told me that, because my husband's birthday slam would be free, he would not be allowed to have it to go. The other one could go, but he would have to come in and eat his in the restaurant. I called back, and ordered them from another girl, and figured he could go in to eat it, although he'd have to go alone, because our daughter and her kids were sleeping. The first girl (possibly a manager) grabbed the phone, and shouted, "I TOLD you he'd have to come in, SWEETIE!" I was told that there would be a 45 minute wait for 2 grand slams. When I told her that he would come in, she was rude, and said that he'd have to order it himself. It wasn't as much the possible change in policy as much as how disrespectful she was to me. This was a birthday with company from out of state, and she made me feel like a beggar. Horrible PR. Shame on that MISmanager!
