Service was extremely slow. They told us our pepperoni pretzels would be only be 5 minutes so we waited. We had waited 10 before they even put them in the oven & it was another 10 minutes till they were done. Also ordered a mocha ice but they were out & made no attempt to make more. Workers were on their phones & talking.
