Have been going there for quite sometime never had a bad experience would recommend this place to everyone that needed there services

DO NOT go here!!!! First, they scheduled me the same "intake" appointment twice, they forgot abt me and shoved me in with any Dr that was free bc the one I was scheduled with forgot he made an appt with me. They've cancelled multiple times without telling me so I drive an hour to be let down. Once while talking to the therapist she asks me to write another check out bc times running over. The receptionist are so rude. When people go for help they're already embarassed and to be switched around to different drs who don't know what your problem is and them canceling when you're due for a med change really screws you. I've left there in tears multiple times just bc I'm upset w the way I've been treated. Seriously do NOT put yourself thro this

From experience, I would never recommend Kreinbrook Psychological Services to receive mental health services. The staff, professionals and doctors are inept. The staff is beyond rude, incompetent and basically put useless. If calling, you will be placed on hold for several minutes only to be told the person you are requesting to speak to is "out of the building or off." The clinical staff, including psychologists and psychiatrists is not helpful and delays in addressing disorders and fails to schedule medication evaluations. I have been lied to, made to wait to reschedule appointments and the only practice I see is complete chaos. They fail to adhere to court orders and involve themselves in issues that are not relevant. There have been several reports of HIPPA violations, including my own, and when confronted the staff refuses to address the issue or outright lies. Please look around in your area to find another provider. It will be in your best interest.

my son with addiction and anxiety issues seen by MD. The doctor has simply exchanged one addiction for another. He is seen for 5-10 minutes and walks out with a script for Clonopin....this has been going on for MONTHS! My son actually laughs that now he has a legal dealer....I wish there was some way to shut this practice down! It is very sad that this practice that is suppose to help addicts overcome there addictions actually perpetuates them and takes financial advantage of these people!

I have seen therapists for almost 20 years but they were of no real help. Jennifer Brown has changed my life. With a history of heroin and cocaine abuse that left me with anxiety and depression so debilitating that I was on disability. Now I work full time, I'm off disability, I have a wonderful boyfriend and a great relationship with my family. I like myself for the first time in my life. She is amazing. The only down side to Kreinbrook is that the offices are EXTREMELY dirty and they have cats there. I have allergies and it makes it very hard to be able to sit through my appt.

I took my son to Kreinbrook Psychological Services. They assured me that they were experts with social anxiety. They spoke to me over the phone before my son's appointment. They told me that they would help me to help him....along with providing him with skills for his disorder. WRONG! All that they did was let us wait in the waiting room filled with people (no good for someone with social anxiety) while I watched the psychologist walk around from room to room. They were late taking my son in and only kept him in there for about 35 minutes. I walked in to ask what I could do to help my son and the psychologist said he needs to get out in public...AHHHHH! Then he told me what the charge was. Honestly I would never take my dog there nor would I recommend their services to anyone!!
