After years of using this service and putting up with the cuts and scrapes on our pup because our family's little dog doesn't like the groomers and they always told us he was pretty good there, they call us today to cancel his upcoming appointment because the new groomer, who has never even seen our dog, won't take him. Why you ask? Because he tries to bite the brush when they're doing his face. Our dog is a little 14 lb Bichon mix who is 13 years old. What kind of people are you hiring there now? I intend to tell everyone I know to go elsewhere.

I love this CLEAN salon!!! I have been taking my dogs here for years...we don't always have the same groomer, but every time we still have a great haircut and my pups smell so good!!! They never come out shaking in fear like they have done coming from other salons!!! I won't go anywhere else!!!!

We have been going to The Wagging Tail for years with our dogs. They have always been professional and they do an excellent job. We usually get "the works" when we take our dogs in and we have never been disappointed. I have also referred many friends and family to them as well and they have not been disappointed either. I had taken my ShihTzu and lab to other groomers but was never completely satisfied. My neighbor told me to try "Wagging Tail" on East Pittsburgh St. I was given an appointment immediately when I called no hassle waiting.Upon arrival I was impressed how clean the place was, it actually smelled delightful and better than where I get my own hair done. All of the staff were sweet and I could tell they loved dogs and their jobs working with them. The Grooming on both of my Babies was wonderful. I will definitely be a regular customer at Wagging Tail.
