I have been a customer at ABC Trophies for over 5 years. Their staff is efficient and courteous. Their work is always perfect... never had a mistake... and my order is always done in a timely manner, usually within a week!!! I would never go anywhere else for my trophies and plaques.

Awful customer service. They incorrectly processed my order and instead of apologizing they insisted it wasn't their mistake. They were more worried about incorrectly placing the blame on me, the customer, than fixing the problem. Clearly they value their pride more than keeping a good customer.
