Agresta, Storms & O'Leary is a full service accounting firm with offices in Indianapolis and Greensburg Indiana offering assurance, tax, and business consulting services, including bank and finance consulting, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions assistance, cost management and budgeting consulting, HUD consulting and various CFO services. Our team of seasoned professionals focuses on each client, developing an understanding and knowledge of each company's strengths, opportunities and goals. Shawwn is a 1991 graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington where he majored in Accounting. He received his CPA license in 1995 and has an Accredit in Business Valuation ("ABV") from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Shawwn holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Indiana CPA Society and Institute of Internal Auditors. Upon graduation, Shawwn began his professional career at a regional CPA firm where he provided audit and assurance services to closely held businesses throughout Indiana. Shawwn joined Hillenbrand Industries in 1995 where he spent time in their internal audit, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions groups. Shawwn earned his MBA in 1998 from the University of Indianapolis. Shawwn a local CPA firm in 2001 as a manager providing audit, accounting and consulting services to primarily closely held businesses in Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction, Agribusiness and various Not-For-Profit organizations. After becoming a partner in 2006 and serving in that capacity until December 31, 2008, Shawwn formed his own firm with a focus on traditional accounting and consulting services for closely held businesses and Not-for-Profit organizations. Dominic V. Agresta, CPA Nick, a Roncalli High School graduate, is also a 1996 graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington where he majored in Accounting. He received his CPA license in 1999 and holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Upon graduation, Nick began his professional career at a national CPA firm where he provided audit & assurance, income tax preparation and other accounting services to small and medium-sized businesses. Nick's industry exposure included the Not-for-Profit, Construction, Agribusiness, Banking, Manufacturing, and Real Estate industries. Nick joined a local CPA firm in 1998 to focus on auditing & consulting for small & medium-sized businesses and Organizations subject to GAGAS and OMB Circular A-133 audit requirements. Nick left his role as Assurance Manager in 2003 to pursue his own practice and to capitalize on the changing environment of the CPA industry brought on by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and similar regulations. Philip A. Agresta, CPA Phil, a Roncalli High School graduate, is also a 1997 graduate of Ball State University in Muncie where he majored in Accounting and minored in Computer Science. Phil earned his CPA certification in 2003 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Prior to joining Agresta & Associates, PC in 2004, Phil spent his entire professional career at a national CPA firm where he provided audit & assurance, Medicaid compliance, income tax and consulting services. He has served a variety of industries, including the Governmental and Not-for-Profit, Association Management, Agribusiness, Construction, Manufacturing, Wholesale, and Utilities industries. Daniel G. O'Leary, CPA Dan, a Center Grove High School graduate, is also a 1985 graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington. Dan has been in public practice since 1987. Dan practiced with two Central Indiana local CPA firms before founding O'Leary & Co., LLC in October, 2006. He has provided tax and
