I studied Tae Kwon Do, under Mister Yu, in 1978 to 1981. He is the real deal and the lessons, in self defense and life, I learned from Mr. Yu, have served me well my entire life. I just can't say enough good things about the experience! It changed my life, for the better and forever. Bottom line, a Navy Seal was once sorry he picked a fight with me, 20 years, after I left Greensboro and the school. If you can listen, you will learn self defense and "more -life lessons" at his school. As Mr. Yu would say, Peace & Good Luck, if not... fight your way out!
