Calvin Wiley Elementary School offers a range of educational programs to more than 250 students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. Its curriculum includes reading, writing, physical education, math, art, science and English. The school maintains a library and media center that features a collection of books and reference and instructional materials. It also operates a parent-teacher association that conducts several fundraising events and programs. The school employs a nurse, psychologist, social worker, and reading and behavior specialists. Located in Greensboro, N.C., Calvin Wiley Elementary School offers food services, as well as organizes field trips. In addition, it is a part of Guilford County Schools, which governs various elementary, middle and high schools.
