UPS has the absolute worst call center I’ve ever had to deal with!! What ever country they out source can’t speak 3 good words of english!! I will never use or have a retailer Offer me the use of UPS again!!!!!!!!

I shipped a box that was securely closed with two hardback books, and one plastic spiral bound book, plus several manila envelopes. In Greensboro, it was found to be empty and was discarded. I then received the manila envelopes via UPS with no explanation in it as to what happened. I cannot put a value on what was lost. I have as of this date and time, been able to speak with anyone in Greensboro.
I find it exstemely difficult to lose two hardback book and the other spiral book. I only received the envelopes back because they had my address on them. I'm being stopped at every turn to get in touch with a person in Greensboro to see if they have a "lost and found" box that I may retrieve my Genelogy information.
If Big Brown is reading this. I willl continue to find the names and address of the CEO and the board of directors and I WILL make contact with then. This is entirely un-excusable. When checking the tracking number, it said someone would bein thouch. It's been 10 days.

In checking my order # today, find my package that was due to be delivered from Greensboro to Thomasville, NC now is in San Pablo, CA Why??? Order picked up by UPS, Oak Creek, Wi. 03/16/2015 Arrival scan Greensboro, NC 03/18/2015. Order was due to be delivered to my home today 03/20/2015, Thomasville, NC. I could not believe my order is now going to be delivered in one more week!! What is going on with UPS!!!
