I came to Greensboro for my first time and have use this service to get to my Hotel and to the meeting I was having downtown. The rate I was quoted was $35.00. When I got into the van the driver inform me about a $10.00 for each bag fee and a Greenboro City Tax of $20.00. So my trip will then cost me $35.00 + $20.00 (for my two bags) + $20.00 for the City of Greensboro Tax for a grand total of $75.00. I could of rented a car for $45.00. I call the number for the business and was told that once the driver leaves the airport it is out of their hands. My driver told me if I did not pay for the services he would keep my bags. The Hotel I stay with said I shound have not use PTI they have there own car service. I call the airport and they said that they will check and try to get my money back. I think I am better flying into another airport and just rent a card and drive to Greensboro next time.

I took this sevice today and did not get what I paid for. What I am tring to say is that you prepaid for this service and ride in a car that smells like a cow die in it. And the drive trys to charge you for your bags anf a Greensboro City Tax and to top it off you call the office and they tell you they have no controll over the drive once it leaves the air. Also I never heared of paying $28.00 for one way or $26.00 for round trip what is this all about? The person at the desk could not tell what was that about

A company that has many problems and has no clue on how to take care of their problems. For well over this past month I had to use this services and when I come back again to Greensboro I will rent a car and save myself from the ripping the hair off my head. This is not service that any professional should use, they are a crooks and have no idelal what customer service is. It would be best for the airport to find another company for this service.
