Time Warner Cable has been our Internet provider for several years. Recently we bundled our services, Internet, cable and home phone. We have had nothing but issues since the change. It has been less than 30 days and I have called practically every other since 1/20/15. The initial installation, done by NCS East, sent a gentleman to our home reeking of alcohol and cigarette smoke. Since then we have had 3 different internet boxes, our cable keeps freezing up and is beyond frustrating just trying to watch TV in general. After several calls in an attempt to speak to a supervisor, I have given up and will be returning to Direct TV. Who has offered to not only beat TWC pricing but give a $200 Visa card, Premium Channels free for 3 mths and the discounted price for 2 years and HD.
