Based in Greensboro, N.C., the company s capabilities include architectural coatings; below grade waterproofing; caulking; concrete repair; elastomeric coatings; floor coatings; fireproofing; in-house spray facilities; painting; protective coatings; seamless, spray-applied roof systems; sandblasting; sealants; specialty coatings; specialty painting; spray-applied polyurethane; wall coverings; wood repairs; and refinishing. Southern Paint and Waterproofing has completed projects for hospitals, schools, shopping malls, college dormitories, museums, manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
