The service department has the customer service skills of a dead bull frog. Customers are treated as if they are a complete nuisance. There seems to be an understanding by the entire staff, especially the supervisors, to have an angry and uninviting attitude as shown over monthly visits for the past year. Surely there must be someone in charge of regulating this important part of Ryder business!
