This place is awesome! My daughter had a wonderful birthday party. They do everything to serve you. I felt like I had the day off. There are new owners and they really keep the place looking good.

iI went with my daughter's school to Pump It Up in Greensboro today for a field trip. We were all very disappointed with the experience that we had. Our group consisted of 75 4 and 5 year olds. We were given 2 rooms for the children to play in. They began their play at around 9:15am. We had ONE staff member for these two rooms. ONE staff member for 75 children. Unbelievable! Around 10:30am one more staff member came in, but that was only until the end of their play at 11am. As a parent, I was unable to enjoy this experience with my child. The teachers there and the parents were the ones having to man the play areas because there were not enough staff. I would not recommend this place for large parties.
