      The USDA cited this slaughterhouse in Nov. 2014 for egregious inhumane handling violations failing recognize a conscious pig was suffering for 8 minutes after a failed stun. It then took two more knocks to put the poor animal out of its misery. Had the inspector not intervened, the pig would have been butchered alive. The employee was clueless. This does not bode well.
