My case has been going on for six moths and it's a simple misdemeanor, I was first told that my case would be dismissed and that I didn't need to go to court. After I had paid him in full I asked what the hold up was on the case, he told me it's because I never showed up. So I started going to every court date that came up and he said that I would need to pay the other party in order to have my case dismissed. Needless to say that I still have a court date very soon and it's been over a month since I paid. His reason now for my case being continued is that they can't get in touch with the other party and I asked if I knew her address. I told him I wasn't being rude but that wasn't my job it was his and the court's job to find out what her address was, he then accused me of withholding information from him. Bottom Line: Don't hire him. I'm going to the court tomorrow to handle it myself and I will be asking for a refund from him. You'd be better off with a court appointed lawyer.
