Service was the pits! Idrove to Wendover especially to go to DD because I joined online last night the club for specials, etc. The young lady didn't know of the special and I do know sometimes it can be for other states, so I asked for a bagel w/cc, and I saw a STACK of BRIGHT ORANGE FLYERS w specials. she told me the price I paid, and as the other girl who fixed it handed it to me just figured you get one when you purchase. No one offered me a flyer. So I asked how do you get that flyer and why didn't you offer it to me, since the other special of egg/c/muff wasn't available. She said she didn't know about it and didn't even see the flyer! what the heck are you doing at work. it comes with the job to know what is going on and what you can offer customers to keep them coming. There are plenty of breakfast specials all around GSO... they lost me :(
