Focusing on the fundamental principles of the Pilates method in conjunction with our experienced and specialized instructors provides a unique exercise program with the ability to meet each client's individual needs regardless of fitness level, experience, age, or body type. Barre and Stick are fast-paced, 55-minute full body immersions that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiseled body--- and fast! Core Integrity as offers a selection of retail merchandise such as Toesox, Great Soles and Xtend grippy socks, Puravida Bracelets, Emi Jay hair ties, Barre apparel, Xtend Barre and Power Pilates DVDs and small props. To help our clients meet their health goals full force, Amanda offers classes and consultations to educate her clients on whole-life wellness. This includes sharing her knowledge of certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils and how to safely and effectively incorporate them into daily life (we advocate the use of doTERRA essential oils). Amanda is also a nutrition coach for the only nutritional cleansing and detoxification system on the market which yields guaranteed results with weight loss, improved energy, performance and graceful aging!
