learned a life lesson .....will never go back to them, a 3 week fix took 2 full months was charged for parts never installed, they are not worth my time to go back. bet pop is rolling in his grave knowing the way things are being run now. if you want your repairs done right the first time, go else where to get your repairs done..... it will be worth the drive....

Brought my lawnmower in for repair on April 3, 2012, and it was fixed in its entirety and ready for pick-up on April 4, 2012. In other words, it took them less than 24 hours to do the job, and do the job right--and smack-dab in the middle of their busy season to boot! And they were friendly and professional, as well. You can't ask for much more than that! And they have what the big box stores don't: know how, specialization, and decades of experience. Highly, highly recommended.-- J.B.

If I had to guess, I would suspect that the "Far, Far Away' review is one of their frantic competitors... or maybe one of the big box stores worrying about the business they are losing because of Clark Farm Supply. They just can't compare. And I personally know they can't compete. Compare for yourself. I personally could not be more happy with Clark Farm Lawn and Garden.They know their products.... and know their business.

Great service! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I have always had a great experience. I just had my old lawn mower serviced and gave it to my son and I purchased a new mower for myself. Selection is great and the sales staff is more knowledgeable then anyone in town. My mower is fixed! Service is alittle slow but not really their fault, my parts were on backorder. Overall I would recommend them.

GREAT SERVICE!! GREAT DEAL!! I was VERY pleased with my experience at Clark Farm, very nice people! I purchased my mower several years ago and continue to go back for service. Just remember to take your mower in during winter months when you are not using it because they get VERY busy during Spring and Summer but that is understandable. I have only GREAT things to say about these people!

Stay away - FAR, FAR away. But they have figured out how to get more hours into days - supposed to take 3 to 4 days to service mower, rebuild starter, & replace seal - if it took 4 days, then there are 390 hours in a day now!!!! They looked me in the eye several times and promised "later this week" or "early next week". LOTS of excuses - so many that they couldn't all be true. In the middle of August, they did tell me that some mowers had been in there for service since MAY!!! Nice folks, but poorly managed and understaffed business. I'll drive somewhere further away next time with friendly, honest service.
