I love Vikki and Mike up until my last visit. I called for weeks trying to get my brakes fixed. Finally after talking to Vikki and she continues to take my number but Thomas never calls. Finally I called Mike answers his attitude was way left. Once I get a brake appointment I asked Thomas to check noise in my car he says he checks it .....THOMAS never checked it come to find out my cadiyalc converter was cracked I had to wait 4 weeks for a answer that couldve been given on the 8th if he would have checked it! Thats pure lack of customer service I could go on and on but whats the point!
