these pot's and pan's are great! they are made of surgical steel and is american made! my mom bought a set back in the late 70' early 80' and she still have them to this date, i had purchashed me some back in the 90' pie pan's and cake pan's cook's evenly without hard sides they are pricey but worth every penny. after buying these as a cook set you will not ever buy another set. heavy and very sturdy and has a lifetime warranty in fact i have never had to replace any or return, you can buy set's or one peices at time.
