I attended a free women s self defense clinic at Allen s Taekwondo. Master Allen is very knowledgeable and great at demonstrating the different techniques for what to do when you come into a dangerous situation, and the importance of remaining calm, being aware of your surroundings and how to target the most vulnerable points of the body. I went to the seminar with my daughter. I was partnered up with someone who was much bigger and taller than me, it was great because it also helped create a more real life situation because chances are if you re ever attacked the person attacking will be much bigger and stronger than you, but with the techniques that Master Allen showed he proved that you can still defend yourself.

A great place for a child not just to be physically involved in a sport but also to learn values and morals that are important in everyday life. My nephew has been attending taekwondo ts since he was 5 years old, he's almost 8 now and he loves coming to his sessions. Senior Master Allen place has helped him with his self esteem, he has become a lot more confident within himself. It also has helped us with discipline at home, where we apply the things that he learns during his sessions such as patience and respect etc. He looks up to his instructor which is, I believe,very important to a little boy who doesn't have a strong male figure in his life. Very glad we came across this place and extremely happy with everything it has given my little dude.

We checked out several martial arts schools and Allen's TKD was by far the best. My children have learned so much from Senior Master Allen. They are now much more confident in school and show better judgement at home. I wouldn't ever think of going somewhere else.
