ABOUT THE OWNER/BUILDER After returning from serving in the military, owner Jim Meehleder started his work in construction with other businesses in California before moving to Massachusetts in the early 90s. He eventually began his own successful construction business in the Boston area. After one last move to his permanent home in western Massachusetts to settle with his family, Turn Key Builders, Inc was formed. We are proud members of The Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Western Massachusetts which Jim now holds a position on the Board of Directors. We are also members of the National Home Builders Association and the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association. He also holds a Lead Safe Certification in MA and an A- rating with the Better Business Bureau. Turn Key Builders recognizes the challenges that customers face when choosing the right builder for their project. It's a big decision and can be a costly one if the wrong one is chosen. As a company, we do our best to inform our prospective clients (whether or not they choose us) into making smart and informed decisions.
