I couldn't disagree with the first poster more. I found the staff to be helpful and I was able to access the books in the stacks. Great deals and great books! Maybe they have changed their model. The owner Raymond Neal was particularly helpful and courteous. What a great new addition for Greenfield. Definitely check them out!

Don't go, if you want to browse books. Only a few books, though their sign outside on the rack says: thousands more inside....but they are inventory for their on-line store and you can't see or touch them. I was disappointed. They are new, so I hope they will re-think their strategy.
