An elderly relative was persuaded to buy a $2000.00 vacuum from this establishment w/ a lifetime guarantee. What a nightmare!! Three months after purchase, it began to smell like burning plastic. No follow up or returned phone calls. The company is superb at passing the buck internally. Finally taken in for repair (coincidentally not covered). Did not return vacumm for 8+ weeks and when it was returned it still was smelling like it was ready to catch on fire. Reported to BBB. Nine months later, same problem. Brought in for service. We will see what happens. I would seriously consider not doing business with these people.
