I got my oil changed there in October and when I picked up my van, it was backed in in front of another car. My husband drove behind me and immediately noticed a massive dent in the back of my van. I took it back and told the manager, and he said that his employee wrote down that it was damaged when I dropped it off. However, it was not damaged when I dropped it off. I picked it up that way. His employee wrote this down after we left and did not do a walk around with us. We called Corporate and they sent a claim to their insurance company. Come to find out they won't pay for the damage to my van because it's my word against theirs. Its obvious that when they backed my van into the bay, the hit the wall. Because Monro's employee is lying, they will not fix my van. I highly recommend that you get your oil changed somewhere else. This has been a nightmare for me. Now I am stuck driving around in a van that looks terrible because of these horrible dishonest people.
