The owner of the business changed over a car title and listed the wrong last name on the documentation. Unfortuntately I did not notice at that moment- I was just told to sign where indicated etc- much like what happens anytime you are signing paperwork. When my new title came in the mail with the incorrect surname I notified them of the error. The owner refuses to fix the title and states I have to pay $50 to have it changed although it was their error. Very POOR customer service and not taking responsibility for their issue. If I make a mistake at work I don't demand that the customer pay $50 to fix it- this is completely ridiculous! Will never use their service again.

I am such a big fan of greencastle notary ive used there services many times and would not go any place else they are so friendly and there sevice goes well above what you would expect I wouldn't trade this place for anything thank you ladies for all of your dedication to me . sincerely thankful .Debbie perez
