Purchased phone - I thought - on a 2-year installment plan. Come to find out after 2 weeks I have an email claiming I entered into a "lease" agreement, entitling me to make an additional lump sum payment at that time to buy or continue with lease, or upgrade. I feel this is bait-and-switch without a full clear understanding until after the fact. I love the phone, though. Convinced it was good choice. I just don't like corporate business practices. The phone is every bit well it's worth but just tell the truth up front. Makes it a lot more bearable!
