If there was a star less than one, I would give this travel agency. These people are liars, totally unaware of airline policies. An agent here by the name of Animesh Choudhary booked my old mother's ticket with the wrong name as the sur name. I even verified with him before booking the ticket and he assured me it was going to be correct. He lied me to me that they are fixing my mother's name on the ticket and I waited. While in reality, on the sly, he charged my credit card again without my knowledge to buy a new ticket for my mother with her correct name. I came to know about the charge on my account and I called the airlines and came to know the reality of this man booking another ticket for my mother to correct his error of the wrong name in the first ticket, while trying to project to me that he is fixing the name error on the first ticket.

I asked him to cancel my ticket and refund my charges. No response. So I am stuck with two charges of over $1200 on my credit card.

This man Animesh tries to talk very smoothly like a salesman, but gives you just lies and manipulates your situation.


Do not book tickets with this agency. Go directly online with the airlines. You will be more in control.

Plus, this agency does not give you a low fare. They charge a big agent's fee and try to sum it up in the booking total they initially send you. And when your credit card is charged, you see part of that charged as agent's fee.

Do yourself a favor, go directly to the airlines and book a ticket. You will have much better service, correct fares, clean transactions. This place has a bunch of crooks!
