General Info
Pet at Home Sitting Services, Inc., serves Palm Beach County pet parents for over 10 years. We are certified by PetTech in CPR and First Aid for your pets protection. Pet At Home is insured, bonded, licensed. We have a carefully screened adult staff that is responsible and ready to care for your pets and maintain the security of your home. Pet at Home is an active member of (NAPPS) National Association of Professional Petsitters and (PSI) Pet Sitters International. We attend conferences and take advantage of other opportunities to stay current with the latest information on nutrition, health and safety of pets. Russ and Deedra Cox Thompson own and operate Pet at Home Sitting Service. Deedra grew up just North of Austin, TX and had the good fortune to be born in a family that operated a small private zoo. Her love of animals and nurturing them led to starting Pet At Home, a full service Pet Sitting Company. Russ grew up in Indiana and is a Viet Nam Veteran. Even as a child, he was his neighborhood's dog walker. So, it is only natural that his love of animals led to this wonderful profession. Russ has worked with many large breed dogs including the dreaded pit bull and has found that size is not an indicator of temperament or love.
