Operational since 1941, The Clay County Health Department offers Public Health Services to the community. Located in Orange Park, Fla., its services include nutrition, immunizations, school health, water testing, sharps disposal, adult/child health care, family planning, sexually transmitted diseases, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and public health preparedness. Additionally, the health department offers certified copies of birth and death records. The Clay County Health Department offers a range of clinical based programs and ancillary services funded by federal, state, county and grant generated revenues.
