Matt was very helpful. I told him exactly what I wanted. The only Edge that hit all my qualities was one that had come off the truck and was not inspected yet. Matt and the manager pushed it thru the inspection so I could go home with it that day!

I was having problems with my truck. I called the service department of the dealership that I bought it at but they couldn’t get it in for 6 weeks. I called Broadway Ford and they got it in right away. Great on the phone and the lady at the cashier was very friendly and fun to talk to. Thank you Broadway Ford for getting me back on the road.

I had my air conditioner repaired. The mechanics did a thorough job checking it out and repairing the correct part. Alex did a great job communicating the issues.

Good luck getting anyone in the "service" dept to pick up the phone and answer any questions. They can not be reached. Will take my Ford business to Dorsch.
