I'm a clinical psychologist who provides understanding, friendly, nonjudgmental, objective, safe counseling for a wide variety of psychological disorders and life difficulties, such as anxiety, stress, emotional trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, loss, addiction, and chronic health conditions, such as headaches, insomnia, stomach upset, hyperventilation, and hypertension. I also help couples resolve relationship problems by identifying reasons for conflict, providing a safe place to explore and resolve issues, and teaching skills that repair and build strong relationships.
