Dropped my phone into water and went directly into the store within ten minutes to see if they could help me out. The guy wourking there couldn't care less. Barely acknowledged me even though I was the only person in the store. It seems like as soon as he heard it was a repair and not a purchase he couldn't be bothered. On top of that he told me that my phone had no SIM card, just a hard drive, which I later found out to be false. Maybe if he had told me the correct information I could have taken the SIM card out in time to salvage all of my information. Definitely won't be returning since they obviously don't know their stuff and don't want to bother helping customers.

The worst customer service ever , I never right reviews , however went to this store to buy iPhone 5 cause I lost mine and they wouldn't sell me it because they make no money on a phone sale out right unless you up grade
