Do not rent from these property managers.



The heat in my apartment didn't come on until it was well below freezing outside.



Our refrigerator wasn't functioning for over a month and attempting to get in touch with Mr. Spitalnick and his offices is nearly impossible. I've called nearly every day and left a cordial message to no avail.



Our cabinetry to this day STILL isn't finished.



I'll be taking up counsel of my own VERY soon if they don't rectify.
