This was probably the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I could hear the people in the neighboring room talking, and they were talking in a normal tone, I could hear the people upstairs walking in their room but it sounded like they were running. I was right next to the "fitness center" and the tv in that room is right next the the bed in my room. So not only did I have to listen to the people on the treadmills, I also had to keep asking the people using them to turn the tv down. I was separated from the pool by the fitness center, but it sounded like it was right next door. The pool was to close at 10pm, yet people were swimming and yelling long after that. The hotel is right next to a sanitation truck yard, so I had to listen to them start and idle their trucks from before 5am. The hotel is also within 500' of a railroad crossing, and the trains seemed to run more at night than during the day. So ever time a train was close to that crossing, not only did I have to listen to the normal train rumbling, I also had to listen to the whistles. A little insulation or sound attenuation material would go a long way in this hotel.Overall, this was the worst stay I've ever had. I will not be staying here again. I'll drive farther, if I have to, to find a room.
