      For those looking for solace, peace and general relaxation, I cannot advocate the benefits of meditation. Being bipolar, it is useful to feel an overwhelming sense of calm, that transcends the stress of everyday life, through consistent "Brahma Benefits". Check it out if you have not yet, and visit the soon to be open Chicago location.
