Forrestville Elementary School, located in Great Falls, Va., offers a curriculum for the students in grades kindergarten through six. It is affiliated with the Fairfax County Public Schools. The school offers its services to more then 700 enrolled students. It has a wide range of subjects that include English, language arts, literature, mathematics, evaluations, social studies, history, geography and science. In addition, the school provides special education, music, fine arts and computer application, and heath and physical education classes. It also offers after school club programs, including chess, foreign languages, sports and science projects. The campus has a variety of facilities, such as a library and media center, computer laboratory, cafeteria and clinic. It also offers the services of guidance counselors. Forrestville Elementary School has a parent-teacher association that organizes events including cultural arts assemblies, evening lecture series on topics of interest and fun activities.
